Dear Parents and Guardians:

St. Michael’s School is able to offer an MSDE approved Aftercare Program for the school year 2023-2024 to students who attend our school.

Our aftercare program will begin on Monday, September 18th. Aftercare will operate from 3:00 until 6:00 PM on full days only when school is in session.

Aftercare is not available on half days. While making arrangements in advance is favored, we will accept drop-ins. A healthy snack and beverage will be provided, but your child can opt to bring his/her own from home.

Please ensure that your child’s medical and emergency contact information is up-to-date and on file with the school. Your child will only be released to an authorized contact on file with the school. Note that a late fee will be charged for pick up arrival after 6:00 PM.

St. Michael’s aftercare program fee is a $20 charge per day. Please pay one week in advance via cash or check directly to the school. The money and/ or check should be handed directly to Helen Bowles (SMS Office Manager) at the front desk.

If you are issuing a check, make it payable to St. Michael’s School.

At present, we do not offer Before Care, however, your responses to this survey will assist us in determining if there is sufficient interest and need to pursue that avenue in the near future.
